My experience in both acute and short-term care settings equip me to work comfortably with clients including children, adolescents, adults, and their families on an individual level or as a family unit. I enjoy working with clients in all walks of life and am eager to help clients find what personal strengths will help them overcome their current difficulty.

When working with clients, I enjoy addressing how their family systems, community systems, and holistic health may affect their mental health. I use a wide range of modalities that will assist clients with forward progression in their particular situations but focus on a lot of how thoughts affect behaviors.

We will work collaboratively to find personal growth in a life that often has a lot of twists and turns and make the changes that will enable them to manage those difficult times.
