Reaching out for support is not an easy action to take during times of mental health struggles. It's not unusual that during these troubling times, motivation is scarce. Please know that you are worth it and there is help here. Knowing how difficult it can be to reacch for help, my first priority is creating a safe space to talk about psychological issues. A space where someone listens to you with compassion and without judment. Through listening and guidance, I can help you gain greater self-awareness and a happier, healthier you.
Each individual and his/her story is unique. Because of this, I have an eclectic approach to therapy. This means I pull from different models of therapy depending on what may be best for the client. I draw from solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and treatment based on dialectical behavioral therapy.
