I believe that every individual is unique, therefore my approach to therapy is eclectic. I apply techniques from different modalities of treatment and tailor it to best fit your needs. I utilize skills/techniques from models such as , Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Family Therapy. I can also provide Christian/Faith based therapy upon request.
