Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\u00bd pound cooked boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper<\/span><\/li>\n\u00bd cup dairy free yogurt such as Froeger Project Organic dairy free cashew milk yogurt<\/span><\/li>\n1 small gala apple, diced<\/span><\/li>\n\u00bc cup red grapes, cut in half<\/span><\/li>\n\u00bc cup chopped walnuts<\/span><\/li>\n\u00bc tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n1 tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n\u00bd tsp pepper<\/span><\/li>\n4 large collard green leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\nDirections:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n\nMix chicken yogurt, apples, grapes, walnuts and seasonings together in a large mixing bowl<\/span><\/li>\nRemove the stem from the bottom of the collard green leaves<\/span><\/li>\nTake you knife parallel to the stem that remains within the leaves and slice downward to thin the height of the stem which makes it easier to wrap<\/span><\/li>\nPlace about \u00bc cup of chicken salad in the middle of the collard green along the stem<\/span><\/li>\nFold the two sides toward the middle and then the fold the bottom of the leaves up until you reach the end of each leaf, pinching the sides as you go<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n <\/p>\n
